Everything we sell is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the merchandise for a refund, replacement or credit of the sale price only with. P&P charges will not be refunded unless you cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt (see below), return postage is at the customer's expense. This is in addition to your statutory rights. This offer does not apply to personalised products or items or intimate use. Refunds will be issued within 30 days. Pricing

We aim to despatch all goods within 7 days of receipt of order, please allow 28 days for delivery. Products

Under the distance sellling regulations you may cancel your order within 7 working days of ordering or within 7 working days of receipt of goods for a refund of the sale price and P&P charge. Items that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 7 working days of calendar days of receipt. Faulty, damaged or unsuitable substituted goods will be refunded in full (sale price, P&P and return postage), please include a receipt for return postage of faulty or unsuitable items. Please return all goods to the Returns Department detailed on your packing slip. |
